Pizza Gourmetri

Located in the United States, The Pizza Gourmet is a perfect stop for some extraordinarily scrumptious pizzas. Their pizzas are wood grilled over oak and maple hardwood at temperatures of 1800 degrees. Its truly a unique product, topped with unique beautiful ingredients, making a pizza that will convert you to a pizza lover.
They give an special “Take and Bake pizza from The Pizza Gourmet” offer where they build the pizza, wrap it, give you the cooking instructions, and you cook it at home when you want it. Nothing gets as fresh as that. As they say at the pizzeria, Where The Best Oven in Town is Yours !!

Ordering and Scheduling

To enable the customers with the ease to order pizza with just a click, we integrated online ordering API into the system. Now, the users can easily choose from the wide range of their menu items and place an order.
The restaurant will receive a real-time notification alert with the details of the order and delivery details. The restaurant gets into action for the timely delivery of the pizza.

Multiple Payment Options

To ensure that the web application has a fully functional payment processing system, Payment API was integrated. This gave the web app risk-free payment gateways options and hassle-free experience in making payments.
Customers can make payment in a mode they decide, with a variety of promo codes to choose from.
AJAX was used to trim down the loading time to the bare minimum which provided customers a friendly and faster checkout experience.

Managing and Tracking Orders

To manage all the orders been placed and dispatched, we integrated our web app will proper order management system. This keeps track of all the in-coming, under-process, scheduled and dispatched orders.
To give the customers a real-time update of their entire order, we used GPS tracking on the vehicle to display the entire route on the maps.
The assigned driver could update the delivery status as, “Order Received”, “On the way” “Delivered” and so on for each delivery.

Store-Locator API

This allowed the customers to locate the store based on the user location. Once the location of the user is accessed, the map retrieves information from the database and adds markers to the map denoting the nearby Pizza Gourmet store.
The user can click the markers to display the store information, and also click the See all results which display a drop-down list to view the list of all stores in the search radius.

Result

The web application for Pizza Gourmet was successfully launched. The number of customers and orders were increased.
