Web Design

The development of the web application started with the designing and planning the layout of the web app. We worked closely with our clients to achieve a balance between aesthetics and search engine optimization.
During the design process, our optimized design team worked at every step of the way to create several design options based on the needs.
Once the final design was approved, the development team started to implement it.

Integrating API

To provide the customers the details of Home Valuation and Property, we integrated the systems with API that helped in searching lists, home valuation charts, comparable properties, and market trend charts.
The Property-level data, including historical sales price and year, taxes, beds/baths, city and neighborhood market statistics and demographic data were also included in the details.
A calculator for calculating Mortgage rates and monthly payment estimates was added to the web app.

Secure Payments Options

To ensure that the website has a fully functional payment processing system, Payment API was integrated. This gave the website a risk-free payment gateways options and hassle-free experience in making payments.
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) were also used for establishing encrypted links between a web server and a browser in an online communication.
AJAX was used to trim down the loading time to the bare minimum which provided customers a friendly and faster checkout experience. The payment gateways integrated on the web app accept payments from different countries.

Enquiry System

To give a clear conversation and idea to the customer, our web app was integrated with the feature of inquiry system. It let the interested visitors ask their queries regarding any property directly to the owner through the web app.
Every property that is listed on the website has full details of the owner including name, mail id and contact details. The customer can reach out to them to inquire about the property.

Result

The web application for McKelvey Properties was successfully launched. The visitors on the website were able to search the properties based on their location and successfully purchasing or rent them.
The web application is now one of the most representative commercial real estate web apps in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
