Real Estate:

Its a real estate application build for the Android platform. Through this application have functionality of search properties on device and allow the user to like or dislike the properties with swipe effect. User can swipe right to save the property, swipe left to discard the property, click to view for more information related to the property, property search parameter, take user Geolocation and store on server at every 30 min etc.

This app linked with more than 0.4 million properties database managed by RDBMS provided with Amazon RDS. The app manage user identity via Amazon Cognito Identity Pool. Amazon Cognito lets you easily add user sign-up and sign-in to your mobile and web apps. With Amazon Cognito, you also have the options to authenticate users through social identity providers such as Facebook, Twitter, or Amazon, with SAML identity solutions, or by using your own identity system. In addition, Amazon Cognito enables you to save data locally on users devices, allowing your applications to work even when the devices are offline. You can then synchronize data across users devices so that their app experience remains consistent regardless of the device they use.

Here we use the Elasticsearch, Elasticsearch is an open-source, broadly-distributable, readily-scalable, enterprise-grade search engine. Accessible through an extensive and elaborate API, Elasticsearch can power extremely fast searches that support your data discovery applications.

Feature of Real Estate App:

Properties search based on:

  • Properties will be exposed to the end user based on current location or searchable region.
    • Search by properties parameter
    • After logging I want to view the property closest to my location on the Swipe Card screen if user have geo location turned on.
    • Able to scroll up and down to see more linked properties.
  • The user can swipe right to save as liked property.
  • Swipe left to discard the property.
  • Click to view more information.
    • In the detailed view, user want to be able swipe left and right to see additional photos of that property.
    • Touch the property image and view additional details (# of Bed, # of Bath, # of Garage, Address, Description).
    • In the detailed view, user want to be able to add/remove properties to the ignored/liked list.
  • User able to click a button on the detailed view page to link to the agent contact details.

User Account:

  • Login with facebook.
  • Any properties that have been viewed before should not reappear in that users list.
  • Data to be stored is whether the user has seen the property, Swiped left or Swiped right
  • Liked Properties:
    • user have liked properties list
    • On the Swipe Card user want to be able to access my Liked Properties.
    • See Liked Properties in the order of most recently swiped.
    • Able to click on a a liked property and go to the detailed view.
    • Click and drag to delete my liked properties.

Server Services:

  • Store GEOlocation in every 30 min when geo location is on.
  • Data to be stored locally if user is offline. sync to server when he is back online.
  • Able to log when mobile numbers and emails have been clicked (time stamped, user details, geolocation).

Admin Dashboard:

  • Admin is able to see all user login detail like fAble to log when mobile numbers and emails have been clicked (time stamped, user details, geolocation).acebook login/Custom login by email / User id
  • User Activity record on the basis of Latitude, Longitude, Date/Time.
  • Property Likes/Dislikes
  • Property Listing with Details
